What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and facilitates healing through the transfer of universal life force energy.
How Reiki Works
During a Reiki session, a practitioner, uses gentle touch or places their hands just above the client’s body to channel energy. The practitioner acts as a conduit for this universal energy, which is believed to help balance the body’s energy and promote healing.
Sessions typically last between 60 to 90 minutes and can be conducted in a peaceful setting, allowing the recipient to relax fully.
