Reiki 102 reflection

Take time for self reflection each day even if its 10 minutes.

 

It’s as easy as your eyes and focusing on your breath for 10 minutes.

You can do it on a chair, laying on the grass, or by a stream of water.

If you can do this each day, you will start feeling better.
