The Chakras are an energy center within the body.

The Chakra is an energetic vortex responsible for sending lifeforce energy to specific parts of the body.

If the mind, body and spirit does not stay in alignment, this lifeforce energy ceases to flow as it should and through Reiki, we can help get this energy flowing again.
